This inviting establishment is not just a place to enjoy a meal; it’s a destination that embraces families, friends, and anyone seeking a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
As you approach, you'll be greeted by the calming presence of the river, offering a picturesque backdrop that perfectly complements your dining experience. According to customer reviews, the atmosphere here is a triumph; many patrons, like Sam BP, commend the cozy ambiance and heartfelt service, making it clear that River Club is dedicated to ensuring a memorable visit.
For families, this café shines brightly with its children’s playground, creating an environment where parents can unwind while their little ones play safely. Serge Rochon highlights the cleanliness of the facility, and the clever positioning along the corniche means you're always close to other delightful activities and restaurants, making it an ideal spot for a day out.
Now, let’s talk about the food. River Club's menu features a diverse range of offerings, appealing to various palates. While Erik B describes the food as "okay," the overall dining experience seems to surpass mere sustenance. The café's charm lies in its laid-back vibe rather than high-end sophistication. As Marwa Maghraoui reflected on her recent birthday celebration there, even amidst a rainfall, the café provided a delightful atmosphere paired with sweet treats like chocolate cake and crepes, punctuating the essence of celebration, even in unpredictable weather.
It’s worth noting that the café can get crowded during peak hours. Erik also mentions the challenge of parking, which can be a bit of a hunt—something to keep in mind when planning your visit. However, once you arrive, the charm of River Club makes the journey worthwhile. With an emphasis on community and family, this café feels like a home away from home.
In conclusion, River Club offers a beautiful blend of rich culinary experiences, family-friendly amenities, and stunning riverside views. Whether you’re enjoying a casual family outing, a romantic evening, or just a moment of tranquility by the water, this café promises a welcome retreat. Consider putting River Club on your list of must-visit spots in Kenitra; you might just find yourself returning time and again.
“ Nice clean facility. Sitting by the river. Also has a playground for kids. On the corniche,, close to several restaurants and activities. ”
“ Nice Café/Restaurant.. wonderful view of the river.. the terace is marvelous, sush a big place.. and the most important thing is that considered a family place.. the menu isn't special but decent. The prices are not expensive neither cheap. Like the place and highly recommended for families. ”
“ Love love love this place, has an area for prayer and a kids activity playground. Not forgetting beautiful views! ”
“ Love the atmosphere, the service was great and the food was delicious, will be coming again. ”
“ Great environment and view of Sebou river, we went there last September for my 21st birthday we were welcomed with some rain and a double rainbow We had a chocolate cake, some chocolate crepes plus tea and coffee everything was pretty good the service was fine but not the best overall it was a great experience. ”
“ If you're going to River Club, you know you're there for the family-friendly atmosphere and calm riverside view. Unlike the newer and "more sophisticated" cafés near it, River Club stands out as a spot for families to bring their children and loved ones for a chill evening. The food is okay, the staff can be hard to deal with sometimes due to it being almost always crowded during evenings, and if you don't mind that then you've found yourself a nice spot to relax next to the Sebou river (hence the name). Overall, great place, makes you come back. Another drawback is the parking situation. It's a bit wild finding a spot nearby to park your car, as the street is ALWAYS constipated, so good luck there. Prices can be a bit high but that's how it goes in that part of the city I guess, but it's much better than the nearby cafés all things considered. There's also a paid (and guarded) space for you to leave your children play, which is a plus. ”
